This was my second visit for my nano brow top-up and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From my very first appointment, Sun has been so lovely, welcoming and professional. She really takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and are completely happy with everything. As I didn’t have much natural brow to begin with, at my first appointment Sun explained that she would start a little lighter rather than going too heavy straight away. During my consultation I’d explained that I really didn’t want the heavy, block-brow look and wanted something as natural as possible, and Sun really listened to what I wanted and took that into consideration throughout. Starting lighter gave me time to get used to having brows again, while also allowing Sun to see how my skin healed before adding more definition at my top-up. I really appreciated this approach as I never felt rushed or pressured into going darker or heavier than I was comfortable with. At my second appointment, we were then able to build on them once we knew how they had healed, while still keeping the soft, natural look I wanted. I really felt that Sun listened to me and tailored my brows to suit me rather than taking a one size fits all approach. The aftercare advice was also really clear and thorough, and knowing that I could contact Sun if I had any questions or concerns afterwards was really reassuring. What I’ve appreciated just as much as the results is how comfortable and at ease Sun has made me feel throughout both appointments. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes so much pride in what she does. I’m so happy I chose Sun for my brows and would recommend her without hesitation. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my nanobrows! I had badly done microblading done elsewhere, which I was really unhappy with, but after just four laser removal sessions, Sun and Shin were able to remove them and create a completely fresh set for me. The shape is absolutely perfect and the hairstrokes are so fine and natural-looking. They’ve made such a difference and I finally feel confident about my brows again. Sun and Shin are both so talented, professional and genuinely lovely. They’re incredibly friendly and make you so welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’m really happy with the results of both my eyebrows and lips. They look very natural, which is exactly what I wanted and they’ve made getting ready so much easier as I don’t need to do anything to my brows or lips anymore. I honestly can’t recommend High Brows Birmingham enough. I was really nervous about having my eyebrows done as they’d become quite sparse over the years. I wanted them to look natural, just filling the gaps rather than looking like I’d had my eyebrows done. She spent so much time with me before we started, talking through exactly what I wanted and putting me at ease. She recommended micro powder brows with a soft, natural colour, and they’re exactly what I’d hoped for. I absolutely love them. They look fuller but still like my own brows 🥰 If you’re thinking about having your brows done but you’re a bit nervous, I’d definitely recommend High Brows Birmingham. Absolutely amazing service from Sun as she is so lovely, it makes such a difference to a appointment when you feel calm & not rushed. Sun makes sure you are comfortable with the eyebrow mapping before going ahead with the treatment. She makes the brows looks so natural and not full on which is exactly what i wanted. Will defo be using high brow for the foreseeable future as the service you receive is 5star!
